William, an electrician, instructor, and graphic designer, has used his technical expertise to bring the brand to life. In contrast, Darnell, a Realtor, small business owner, investor, and retail industry leader with over 22 years of experience, has used his business savvy to drive the brand forward.
 
The Jump Start brand is at the heart of GDxM2, which represents the push we all need to reach our goals. It celebrates the individuals who inspire and drive positive change in their communities. In addition, it embodies the aspirations of the GDxM2 team as they strive to make a positive impact locally and globally.
